I decided to train in Reflexology in 2007. At the time I had a close friend who had terminal cancer and she said to me that she had received this amazing treatment at the hospice called Reflexology. Just at that time somebody also recommended me to see a Reflexologist for fertility issues. After the very first treatment I was completely blown away by how I felt. I was hooked and decided to train in this amazing therapy. Since training in 2007 I have trained in Maternity Reflexology, Hot stone Reflexology, RLD and Reiki.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology works on the principle that the whole body is mapped out on the feet. When specific even pressure is applied to these points it activates the healing process, giving you a feeling of relaxation, harmony and well being. Reflexology may help with back pain, migraine, arthritis, sleeping disorders, hormonal imbalances. digestive disorders and a whole host of other ailments.

£35 per hour

HOT STONE REFLEXOLOGY

Hot stone Reflexology works on the same principles as Reflexology but the practitioner uses warm stones during the treatment, this enables the treatment to be deeper. It is warming, deeply relaxing and soothing, helping to melt away any tension or anxiety.

REFLEXOLOGY LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (RLD)

RLD is a specific reflexology that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system. It works on the same basis as manual lymphatic drainage and may benefit clients suffering with lymphoedema. The lymphatic system plays a vital part in the bodies ability to heal and be well. An RLD treatment may also be beneficial with chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, sinusitis and is particularly beneficial for relieving fluid congestion.
